Robot Vision Engineer

I am a Robot Vision Engineer at Livsmed, in South Korea.
I am developing a vision-based system to estimate the 6D pose of surgical instruments and robots using computer vision.
At KAIST, I developed a deep learning model for contour tracking of live cells, supervised by Dr. Tae-kyun Kim.
At Boston Children's Hospital, I worked as a research assistant, supervised by Dr. Kwonmoo Lee, developing a deep learning-based pipeline for live cell segmentation.
At Worcester Polytechnic Institute, I conducted a research on predicting suicide attempts among women for my thesis project, supervised by Dr. Dmitry Korkin

My research interest is in Computer Vision for Healthcare.
